This privacy policy explains how PunjabResults.pk handles information when you use our website. We keep this deliberately simple because we collect very little.

Information you provide

When you check a result, you enter a roll number along with your board, class and examination session. We use these values only to look up the matching record and display it back to you. We do not store the roll numbers you search, we do not link them to you, and we do not build any profile of your activity.

If you email us, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message. We use it only to respond to your enquiry.

Result data on this site

The result records published here come from official gazette documents released publicly by the Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education. This information is already in the public domain by the boards themselves. We display only the roll number, candidate name and result status exactly as published in those documents.

If you believe a record about you should not appear here, contact us at punjabresults@gmail.com and we will review your request.

Cookies and analytics

We may use basic analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are most useful. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Advertising

This site may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks. These networks may use cookies or similar technologies to show relevant ads. We do not share the roll numbers you search or any result data with advertisers. You can usually opt out of personalised advertising through your browser or device settings.

Result cards you create

When you generate a shareable result card, the image is created entirely inside your own browser. It is never uploaded to our servers. What you do with that image afterwards is entirely your choice.

Children

Many of our visitors are school students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. The site works without creating an account, signing in or providing any personal details beyond a roll number.

Third-party links

Our pages link to official board websites and other resources. Once you follow such a link, you are subject to that site's own privacy practices, which we do not control.
