Reporting an incorrect result

If the result shown on our site does not match your official Detailed Marks Certificate, please email us with the following details so we can investigate quickly:

• Your roll number
• Your board and class
• The examination session, for example Annual 2026
• What our site shows and what your official document shows

Please do not send scanned copies of identity documents. We only need the details listed above.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent portal and have no authority over board records. We cannot change your marks, process rechecking applications, issue certificates, or answer questions about admissions and enrolment. For all of these, please contact your board directly through its official website or offices.
