BISE Gujranwala 12th Class Result 2026

BISE Gujranwala was established in 1978 and conducts the Secondary School Certificate and Higher Secondary School Certificate examinations for students across Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot, Hafizabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Narowal. Pre-Medical students take Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Pre-Engineering students take Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. ICS students take Computer Science along with Mathematics and either Physics or Statistics. I.Com students take Principles of Accounting, Principles of Economics, Principles of Commerce, Business Mathematics and Banking. FA students select from subjects such as Civics, Education, Psychology, Sociology, Islamic Studies, Arabic, Fine Arts and Health and Physical Education.

Science subjects include a practical component conducted at designated centres. The practical marks are added to the subject total, and candidates must clear both the theory and practical portions to pass the subject.

If your marks do not match your expectations, you can apply for rechecking. It is important to understand what rechecking covers. The board verifies that every question has been marked, that no portion of the answer script was left unassessed, and that the totals have been added correctly. Answers are not re-evaluated or marked afresh.

Applications are submitted online through the board's e-services portal at bisegrw.com, usually within fifteen days of the official announcement. A prescribed fee applies for each subject, and the fee is not refunded if no change is found. If an error is discovered, the board issues a corrected result and a revised Detailed Marks Certificate.

BISE Gujranwala announces its top position holders one day before the general result is declared, following the schedule issued by the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen. Separate rankings are published for the Science group and the Humanities group, each covering the first, second and third positions.

Position holders are invited to a prize distribution ceremony held at the board auditorium. Certificates, medals and cash prizes are awarded. Students who score highly can generate a shareable result card on punjabresults.pk carrying their name, marks and percentage.
